Well-being and brain, how to put our intention into action? Research indicates that core dimensions of psychological well-being can be cultivated through intentional mental training. "Brain and well-being" is part of training your brain to go towards well-being with a new concept from the evolution of neuroscience. Not only we can change our brain with training to get out of suffering, but we can move towards well-being by applying Mindfulness strategies.
